If you’re planning a trip to Singapore, there’s plenty to look forward to on the hotel scene.
After a record wave of hotel openings in 2024 and 2025, the pace slows slightly in 2026. But there are still some exciting new places to stay, including the arrival of Asia-Pacific’s first NoMad hotel, Singapore’s first DoubleTree by Hilton, and two stylish new riverside hotels at Robertson Quay.
We’ve rounded up the best new hotels that have opened (or are opening) in Singapore in 2026, along with a couple of exciting luxury hotels already confirmed for the years ahead.
NoMad Hilton Singapore
Best for: Luxury travellers looking for a stylish stay near Orchard Road.
One of the biggest hotel openings of the year is NoMad Hilton Singapore, which will introduce the luxury lifestyle brand to Asia-Pacific for the very first time.
Located just off Orchard Road, the hotel promises a sophisticated blend of luxury, design and exceptional dining.
Designed by renowned Singapore architecture firm WOHA (the team behind the award-winning Pan Pacific Orchard), the striking building will feature around 170 guest rooms, a dramatic waterfall-inspired façade, rooftop infinity pool and several destination restaurants and bars, including NoMad’s signature grill.
With its prime location close to Singapore’s premier shopping district, NoMad Singapore is expected to become one of the city’s most sought-after luxury hotels.

Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay
Best for: Couples, families and business travellers wanting a relaxed riverside location.
Freshly opened beside the Singapore River, Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay brings a contemporary new option to one of Singapore’s most popular dining and entertainment precincts.
The 336-room hotel offers stylish guestrooms with city or river views, while Executive Rooms include lounge access for guests looking for a little extra comfort.
Facilities include a 25-metre outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness centre and Serai Dining, which showcases Singaporean and Peranakan-inspired cuisine. Guests can also enjoy drinks at the Pomelo Pool Bar, which overlooks the pool.
Robertson Quay is one of our favourite places to stay in Singapore, offering a quieter atmosphere than nearby Clarke Quay while still being within walking distance of restaurants, bars and Fort Canning Park.

DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay
Best for: Families, Hilton loyalists and visitors wanting to stay close to Clarke Quay.
Singapore’s first DoubleTree by Hilton is set to open in Robertson Quay following the redevelopment of the former Hotel Miramar.
The 344-room hotel will feature a swimming pool, fitness centre, family-friendly facilities, pickleball courts and several dining options. Its riverside location puts guests within easy reach of Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and many of Singapore’s most popular attractions.
As the first DoubleTree hotel in Singapore, it’s likely to be a popular choice for Hilton Honors members looking for a full-service hotel in a central location.

lyf Chinatown Singapore
Best for: Solo travellers, friends and anyone looking for a sociable stay in the heart of Chinatown.
Opened in July 2026, lyf Chinatown Singapore brings Ascott’s popular social living concept to one of Singapore’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
The 90-room residence combines contemporary accommodation with restored heritage shophouses, creating a unique blend of old and new.
Shared spaces include a rooftop swimming pool, co-working lounge, communal kitchen, gym and outdoor courtyard, encouraging guests to connect and make the most of the hotel’s social atmosphere.
Unlike a traditional hotel, lyf Chinatown Singapore is designed with longer stays in mind. The serviced residence combines hotel-style rooms with social spaces including a co-working lounge, communal kitchen and rooftop pool, making it a good option for digital nomads, remote workers and travellers planning to spend more time exploring Singapore.
Located on Mosque Street, it’s just steps from Chinatown MRT station, Maxwell Food Centre, Chinatown’s temples and countless restaurants, making it an excellent base to explore one of Singapore’s most colourful neighbourhoods.

Varel Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Best for: Travellers looking for a stylish boutique hotel with plenty of local character.
Part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio collection, Varel Singapore offers a more intimate alternative to Singapore’s larger international hotels.
The boutique property combines heritage-inspired design with contemporary interiors and provides easy access to Little India and Bugis. It’s a great choice for visitors who enjoy exploring Singapore’s historic neighbourhoods while staying somewhere with plenty of personality.

Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong
Best for: Business travellers and visitors exploring western Singapore.
If your plans take you beyond the city centre, Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong is one of the most significant hotel openings in western Singapore for many years.
Located in Jurong East, it’s the first internationally branded hotel in the Jurong Lake District and offers more than 550 rooms, excellent transport connections and easy access to attractions including the Science Centre Singapore, Jurong Lake Gardens and the shopping malls around Jurong East.
Guests can make the most of facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness centre, roof gardens and sky terraces, while Festive Café serves all-day dining. There’s also a self-service laundromat, making the hotel a practical choice for longer stays and business trips.
It’s also a convenient option for visitors attending events or meetings in Singapore’s western business district and with Jurong East MRT station nearby, it’s also well connected to the rest of Singapore by both the East West and North South MRT lines.

The Hari Singapore
Expected opening: Spring 2027
The boutique luxury brand The Hari will make its Singapore debut following the transformation of the former Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.
The 326-room hotel will feature elegant interiors by acclaimed British designer Tara Bernerd, who also designed The Hari London and The Hari Hong Kong. Guests can look forward to a rooftop swimming pool, executive lounge, wellness facilities, multiple dining venues and the brand’s signature collection of contemporary artwork.
Just a short walk from Orchard Road, The Hari Singapore looks set to become one of the city’s most exciting boutique luxury hotels.
Aman Singapore
Opening date: To be confirmed
One of Singapore’s most anticipated future hotel openings is Aman Singapore, which will bring the world-renowned ultra-luxury brand to the city for the first time.
Located within The Skywaters, set to become Singapore’s tallest skyscraper, Aman Singapore will feature some of the city’s largest hotel suites, an entire floor dedicated to the Aman Spa, an infinity pool, several signature restaurants, an exclusive Aman Club and a limited collection of Aman Residences.
Construction is already underway, although an official opening date has not yet been announced. When it does open, Aman Singapore is expected to redefine ultra-luxury accommodation in the Lion City.
